About Meridian Credentialing Services

I chose the name Meridian Credentialing because a meridian is a measurement of longitude. It’s accurate, thorough, and reliable. At Meridian Credentialing, we aim to be a guiding partner with our clients navigating the complex landscape of the practitioner credentialing process.

My name is Dean Frech. I started credentialing in 2014 when I told the physician owners I was working for that myself and another co-worker could absorb the credentialing duties into our duties. This would save them money each month on the hourly rate we were paying the credentialing service at the time. That one idea has led me into a 11+ year career in Practitioner Credentialing. I’ve done provider enrollment for Revenue Cycle Management companies, and worked in Medical Staff Services in a major hospital system. In 2024, I received my CPCS and CPMSM certifications.
